Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription to any of our services at any time by contacting us at marketing@kipasdigital.com.my.
Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for the cancellation of any ongoing service. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition and wrap up any ongoing projects.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been rendered. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been delivered, including but not limited to completed digital marketing campaigns and website development projects, are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: In cases where a service has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.
3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or as advised by the client
Disputed Charges: If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us immediately at marketing@kipasdigital.com.my to resolve the issue.
